i trust you don't seriously believe plv should be pushing harder for the EPA?

how can PLV expedite the environmental process for irvine? that whole process has been launched and now runs parallel in the background to all other plv events/timelines.

its something that plv does not control, but rather assist whenever required to. the more aggressive one appears to be the more push-back you will get.

Tony has mentioned previously its going to happen but one must tread carefully, constantly being in the face of the EPA over your approval process would be a disastrous strategy me thinks..
