what is the end plan?

So where to now?
We're getting regular updates as to what appears to be an endless supply of gold, but what are they going to do with it all? Unless I've missed something along the line, when is mining going to actually start? Or is the plan to tell the world how much gold there is, then flog the leases off to someone that will actually do something?
Everyone is throwing around $ figures in regards to previous losses, taxation, capex and who knows what else, but this all pales into insignificance if they get boughtout/sell the leases.
Based just on the current JORC I would buy this company and get moving on mining A.S.A.P.
At $1600 an oz, there is $4,480,542,000 worth of pure gold, therefore I can't see any reason not to get moving on mining approvals, native titles, whatever else needs to be done, and get this gold out of the ground.
