The management is totally oblivious to what shareholders think & really are only concerned with their own well being. Going back in time if one looks to the days when shares were trading at around $10; the sharevalue of this company has been totally dissipated through management's approach to financial control. Are they likely to pay too much for Thiess - not impossible. It's a dog of an investment & only fit for fleas.
