    I believe the 2nd to last presentation ABU released included a timeline mentioning 'September and beyond - decision to mine OP'.

    Not alot to go on but it would suggest to me that they would have a fairly good idea of the mine size required and could start putting in the applications over the wet period (as chuk mentioned).
