it depends - yes u do have 1 view-point though if use accounts like hotmail and yahoo, a person will get a failed forward sent to a whole lot of people (when u the person haven't sent it out which can be checked in the junk mail list). it also occurs on instant messages ages and even on social networks and u the person isn't aware of it at times. these r just spams.
so 1st check for malwares
2nd use antivirus and scan whole computer
and lastly, change password also as a precaution
