The frustrating part is that I dont think Wolgen will care one bit about dilution. By raising funds he's one step closer to receiving another 116,667 performance rights.

It's disgusting that the same CEO is still being rewarded after 6 years when the share price during that time has halved.
At least the performance options they used to issue would expire with nil value if the SP didn't go up.
