where did you get the idea ELM need $61m for DFS?
my understanding is the DFS uses information from the PFS and it would cost another, say, $10m to complete the DFS.
the PFS is due in a month or two
ELM with probably have $20m in cash 30/6/12
in my understanding, they will have enough fund to complete the PFS, if they need to
