BJH3, you are few minutes ahead of me, just got the info from ASIC.
Yes, IMFA is the 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Monash, paid up capital of $1,000. Monash went in partnership with it's own subsidiary to setup IMFAMA. This should ease off all doubts to some extent.
Why wouldn't Monash use IMFA to invest in ESI, but rather setup IMFA and further IMFAMA.
