Its a first in best dressed SPP so there is a trade-off between subscribers getting their fill and missing out if fully subscribed. The closing date is mid-July which gives enough time for news of the frac spread's availability to move the SP and put the issue price in the money. But its s fine line atm. Lets hope timing works in the company's favour, because its not in anyone's interest to see the SPP undersubscribed.
