I had one of those T3 accounts initially but soon switched to a margin account with Interactive Brokers ($6 brokerage but you have to prove you're a regular trader to get an account) where you don't have to wait for settlement. I also setup a direct market access CFD account with FP Markets - $10 brokerage and you don't have to be a regular trader to setup an account. Just thought I'd mention it in case the T+3 thing was annoying you. Anyway, setup the 2 accounts mainly so I could implement mitta's hedging strategy.
