Yep this baby is paying 1.5c FF. This divi is only for a quarter. Remember DDR pays quarterly divis now. So even based on 1.5c annualised it comes in at 13% FF. The best part is I expect the divi to go up even again either this or next quarter.
As we stand DDR should be 70c and going up to $1 when FY12 is announced in Aug.
