this is how the divide and rule was played out in india long ago...muslims can't eat pork, ham, etc while hindus can't eat beef (exceptions are there for both)...so each country and each religion will have their customs....india has about 80% hindus, 14% muslims and around 2-3% christians and that 2-3% equates to a bit more than the aussie population
