    Hey furniture (assuming you got my message over at LYC),

    I'm curious for your opinion here. At this price and according to some research reports I have read (not that I put much faith in them), do you think AWC is attractive fro ma merger/takeover point of view.

    On one hand a high AUD would make it unattractive but on the other, a reasonable AUD, say just below parity coupled with this ridiculous and sustained sell-down makes this plausible in my view.

    Then again on the other hand still given they are JV partners is a merger/takeover pointless?
