On 14th June there was a Case Management Conference for La Jolla Cove Investors, Inc. v. GoConnect Limited et al.

This seems to have followed three unintelligible (to me, as a legal layman) happenings earlier this month. Does anybody know what is being alluded to here?

What seems extraordinarily delayed is the Final Pretrial Conference. This does not take place until 14th February 2013!
