Re funding short fall. It is my view that any company that needs to raise money to facilitate forward sales usually has very little trouble attracting good value funds.
I go to the funder and show them, I have $2,000,00 worth of forward orders, I need $500,000 to achieve this. after due dilegance, done deal.
