That is a document that should make all BCI holders very proud, if for no other reason than what was not written. Notice at the end of the document that BCI is not listed in the space provided for "stock specific risks"!

A de-risked IO play now in full production with net cash position.

Despite current price, I remain faithful and suspect that we may see a modest dividend shortly to give the day traders some food for thought, and to reward the longer term holders...and what a way to send a message to the market, without employing a PR man!
