I forgot to add some comment to Byrts closing remarks "I hope to report to you again by mid August 2012 by which time I will be expecting reportable progress in Egypt and with the Yellow Pallet project".
Dear Ted, my granny used to say to me that the definition of HOPE "is a young pregnant girl rubbing vanishing cream into her stomach in the hope it (the evidence) will go away". Hope doesn't belong in the vocabulary of seasoned managers and directors sir. What stakeholders expect is a clear, articulate and well executed strategy for success not hope and you have failed to deliver on this.
