That would be the best outcome for holders. It'll be a final kick in the guts for holders if the shares starting trading at 3c, people sell only to see the company sold for 6-8 cents in a matter of weeks.

Maybe the party in merger talks have said theyll look more closely at PLA once Panton is sold and Smokey is shut and the money stops bleeding. You'd think Rooderand & Kplats projects would be attractive.

Is it possible for PLA to totally right off Smokey? Would the local authorities allow this? Would it be possible for PLA to uproot their infrastructure at Smokey and have moved to Rooderand in due time?

I think PLA focused on develop only at Rooderand & Kplats would be a much more attractive business.

What a disaster, can't beleive management in companies are allowed to paint such rosey pictures in the announcements and presentation when exactly the opposite is happening in reality.
