ASX MARKET RELEASE

The securities of Global Doctor Limited (the "Company") will be
suspended from official quotation immediately, at the request of the
Company, following lodgement of the order from the Supreme Court of
Western Australia approving the Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to
which the merger between the Company and MedAire Inc can be
completed.

REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION

I hereby submit a copy of the order from the Supreme Court of Western
Australia approving the Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to which the
merger between Global Doctor and MedAire can be completed.

The original copy will be submitted with ASIC today and the company
requests trading suspension effective at close of trade today,
January 8, 2003. We advise that the close of the company's share
register will be January 15, 2003.
