looks a bit dangerous to me....and it is happening more often these days...no way would I live there, if I was likely to be confronted by these neighbours
do you think this would affect the price of those suburbs...
I would think most families would shun them...
and choose somewhere a little safer

I guess the prices reflect the area.....so cheap houses in that suburb......
