This article demonstrates why MAK has moved on.
All that cash and unable to invest it. Not because of opportunity but lack of know-how in conducting deals. A long way to go before NMDC becomes a BHP or RIO.
The $20M LCY deal is the only deal done. It will be sometime before NMDC are capable of putting together a deal such as the proposed JV with MAK.
I envisage slow progress at LCY unless Sharon can somehow get the money and be in the driving seat. Still no sign of that LOC.
