alkefguy - is it possible Lynas are unaware that the AELB briefing relates to them? It wouldn't surprise me because a media outlet was informed of the residents' appeal being dismissed before Lynas (Ongkili sent them a letter about it, still don't know if they got it or not) so maybe AELB has put a message in a bottle for Lynas and it's floating somewhere on the high seas. Anyway, Lynas don't communicate, so if you want info relating to Lynas, contact the AELB or anyone for that matter apart from Lynas :)
