If the burqua wearer is a single mum then my understanding is that she is not required to be looking for work until her children reach a certain age. In this sense she is treated the same as non-burqua wearers.
If she is a wife, then she can't claim job seekers allowance as she is supported. In this sense she is treated the same as non-burqua wearers.
So how many single burqua wearers with older children are there? Probably not many!
