You seem to be under the impression that I don't believe that there is manipulation. I certainly didn't think I wrote that, I didn't intend to write that, and reading my post again I can't see where I may have inferred that, but if I did please accept my sincrere appologies for saying something so utterly stupid. Can you point out the place in my post where I said that as I've obviously confused myself ?

I think that anybody who has been in the markets for more than 5 mins believes that manipulation is now an inherrant part of the market, practiced on most stocks almost every day. So I clearly believe that manipulation can and does happen. NEN is no exception.

So here's the thing. If its "definate" then there is obvious evidence. Give it to ASIC and it should be a slam dunk. Publish it here and I'll take it to ASIC myself. It's definate right ? Can't be definate without the actual evidence of wrong doing.

Fact is we both know that the basic definition of manipulation has been heavily watered down to accomodate algo traders and other special market participants who don't have to comply with the same rules as you and I. That crap goes on every day and much of it is now legal.

All I said was "so what". Can't stop them churning their stock, or stock that they borrow, unless you have the evidence of manipulation that is. So unless you are looking for a trade in the short term then it makes no difference to investors. In fact, if anything it creates opportunities to buy more stock in a company which is less risky than it was just a few months ago. Maybe they are doing you a favour just as the shark creates scraps for the little fish when it rips a big fish to pieces.

My entire point was to look past the stock movements and look at the value. In the end that it what will count. Manipulation will always be there but when all is said and done they will have to manipulate at higher prices.

Some may believe that the charts show the value of a stock but thats a Croc no matter which way you look at it !
