I have never denigrated RC , in fact I said that we approached him first and that I was happy that he was seeking to come on board, what I did and do denigrate is his options package, his salary and the freestone secondment

I see your confusion has stemmed from the fact that you

Perhaps I should have been more precise and said that, but given that I am suffering and was suffering from a severe infection, I think you can be generous and forgive that oversight.

In fact I did not change my vote from the voting card, but SP and others did vote against JH in favour of RC.

And if you note I did say that

A change of board members, a large wealthy Australian wants to get some people on the board and do good things as does RC perhaps I should do as you appear to want, Leave Askin and his cohorts alone and let them keep sleeping !

May work for you , I don’t think it worked for the majority of shareholders who voted for change .
