Hey I just relaised your name is smallbear; my name relates to bear market, no other bears!
One of the problems I have with investing in companies that have their operations based almost entirely offshore is it is hard to fully appreciate local regulatory authorities and politics. As well I don't have a lot of interest in medical stocks - too complex and volatile. But IPD look to have a good product and I hope it goes well.
