MF, they DO purge orders. Basically trading in ISN will cease temporarily. It will be replaced by ISNDA which will be 20:1 sp. After about a week, after the share register has had a snapshot taken they will consolidate your holdings, issue new holding statements and commence trading under ISN code again.
Usually the online brokers have temporary glitches. Often you will appear 20x richer but only for one or two days. Also if you want to sell during the transition period you will often need to place order via phone but at internet rates.
