With so much to develop I would not be too surprised if you are right.
Your tone is pretty harsh but you come from the counter argument and have your own style you are entitled to IMO. Maybe a bit of siege mode? I cop it for mine which is read as arrogant at times, even threatening.
My point before you start on me is that they do not need a cap raising for operations. This is an important point. However a cap raising now would certainly be highly advantageous for us all.
