I have no idea how much other bears know about property or economics but I make no claim to expertise so I'm careful what I say. I make no attempt to counter EVERY bullish post made. I do, however post some factual history because it is my belief many bulls have not read history and rely totally on their own SHORT period of experience, ignoring longer cycles.
