Hi mitta, I've been wondering if this might be the case. I guess most were expecting a run-up pre-TOL, but if the pros' plan is not to hit us with their supply on a good TOL announcement, but rather buy as much as they can at bargain basement prices, when the TOL announcement comes and if it's good, maybe they'll just be happy to absorb the supply from the retail investors, many of whom will be happy to bail on a positive TOL announcement after the agony of the last year - wrong footed again and doomed to chase at higher prices.
