jb buys another 150,000 for $13,200, page-12

I have M's recording of the AGM here on file.

PL announced that they had "12... no 13 pieces of price sensitive information" to be announced in short order and that would prevent management from buying on market for the foreseeable future...

Needless to say... nothing worth mentioning was released to market and within a few months JB made his first purchase which flew in the face of what PL had announced at the AGM.

Remember how when they acquired Mashala they got 6 drill rigs as part of the deal and they were going to use those to drill Botswana... blah blah...

When they did finally drill they hired a drilling Co and more consulting fees changed hands....

Hey I could keep going with this stuff all day... but won't help anybody now will it.

Lesson... If you have the slightest doubt about managements sincerity, honesty, intentions then invest elsewhere.

Would you put your money in a bank run by Jooliah and Goose? No.

Hence ASX under performs.
