well said, we have the same sentiment - didn't see your post as my response was still open in the background somewhere.

One thing I would like to add is, RMS did exceptionally well at creating shareholder value and wealth for themselves in terms of their balance sheet (some time back). What they were not good at was thinking far enough ahead and spending some of that cash on something out of the box to keep them growing.

FML on the other hand, are great at the "out of the box", spending money and forward thinking just that they don't have the cash RMS did nor do they seem interested in generating it or building a bank balance.

Combining the minds of these companies 18 months ago may well have been a masterstroke.
