The market does not care if the metal prices are low because if the market expects a weakening of the economical situation the metal prices might go down even further => metals getting cheaper.
There are many indicators pointing in this direction. At least in Europe the public (governments) can not spend money for additional economical programs like they used to do in 2008/09.
Many european countries see a dramatic increase in the number of unemployed => the effect on the economics is still to come and most probably some companies will have to adapt their forecast in terms of earnings. And there are many other things related to that.
I´m still rathwer positive for Perilya but without the right positive environment the share price will continue to go down.
