When we see legally binding commitments related to the "free" money Palmer intends to put into the company while only holding 5% then we could consider accepting it! In the meantime, why would anyone hand him 2 or 3 directors on a whim. Very naive I think. Where is his track record of being a passive donor to cash starved explorers that you refer to?
