Obviously he would be seeking some recompense for his contribution which would result in dilution either of the company's shares or interest in the tenements. Also you might want to do some research on his actual wealth, he is cutting jobs at his resort and nickel refinery, has been unable to raise funds for his ARH project for years, and is currently facing the possibility of massive environmental issues courtesy of mishandled tailings ponds. Why don't you ask the shareholders of ARH what Palmer's control has done for their shareholder value these past years?

Camdenbob - I think your continued harassment of the Board is so in line with the CP agenda that it's hard not to imply something is happening behind the scenes here.

It is frivolous to believe that the courts would rule the meeting invalid on what is clearly an oversight, and one which is unlikely to have misled the shareholders who elected to give the Chairman their proxies. The Board has declared clear positions on the issues the subject of the voting, and I put it to you that anyone aware enough to bother sending their proxies to the Chairman would also be under no illusion that he would be voting these in accordance with the Board's recommendations.

The continued actions taken on perceived legal technicalities is vexatious and a drain on the company's resources and focus.

I put it to you sir that you have either lost your way, or you have known exactly what you were doing all along. If you have some other agenda then so be it, but I don't think you're getting much traction on this forum given your inconsistencies throughout this saga.
