I highly doubt it will be issued today.
aelb will probably say the progress is great and we are still waiting for lynas to meet all the conditions set.
so the ball is in lynas court...
then lynas will reply the next day that they have finalised all the paper work in response to the issuing of TOL conditions, they are very happy, things are going to plan.
This paper work will sent next week..
then the ball is back in aleb hand.
back and forth...while the sp is doing crazy things.
I will never investing in malaysia again.
