i wouldnt keep analysing every single word or sentence structure. command of english as a second language in malaysia has been deteriorating for years so over analysing most english communications that comes out of malaysia is an absolute waste of time. a little is fun, more than that, you're just beating yourself up into a frenzy.
sad to say...if anything, it's rather a fool's errand as asians are more than anyone else extremely obtuse when they want to be. when the TOL is issued, it'll be plainly announced by Lynas.
this event was just a further community engagement PR exercise.
