For those who were holding through the initial TOL approval knows that amendments were required thus was considered incomplete and not submitted (also discussed at that time by HC lynas holders). Only when it is approved that the conditions are considered submitted and accepted (from memory).
This is not a problem for me! Also as suggested, we should all wait for mobtv to hear from the horses mouth.
