LYC lynas rare earths limited

why tol has to be issued

Either I am stupid or I just dont understand, but the AELB said today that the Lynas has to meet the last two requirements to get the TOL "issued". Not approved, but issued. It seems to me the last two requirements:
    (1) Immobilise radioactive elements within the waste; and
    (2) Come up with an emergency response plan to dust control
are the easiest to solve for Lynas.

The AELB have stated that they have met every other requirement. Therefore, I cant see the problem on why the demand for their shares on the market will remain weak.

If i were a shorter, given the closeness of the issuing of the TOL, I would not want to be caught on the other side of the equation at this late point.
Remember, LYC does not care about holders of shares and whether they make money. LYC just wants to ensure that they have access to capital when they require it.

Right now, they are looking very good in my opinion.
