My 2 cents :
- The PSC's 2 conditions are absolutely, finally, totally, the last step in the process before approval.
- The 2 conditions are minor in nature and could be achieved anytime, but lets assume maximum end of July ( 4 weeks).
- The AELB media briefing is about the convincing-the-public. That's something you do when you've made up your mind about the outcome and intend to announce it soon.
- Smart money will jump on board in the blink of an eye. Could easily surge 30% in a day (which is only $1.05). Shorters will get burnt to a crisp.
