yes, interesting to see these guys pop up on the register, but it also suggests they have been the culprits for churning RFE stock, trying to suck out weak holders.
their average buy in the announcement is 82.2c, minus any more shares they have purchased in the past 2 days.
be nice to see them let SP get off the canvas shortly.
