Look at Figure 5. The main mineralised shape is like a pipe. The total resource has included all the lower grade stuff in the area, which I doubt could be mined.
I hate to spoil a good story, especially when they have had to use a software package to work out whats going on. The red color in the figure has the potential to be mined - nothing else. They threw in the kitchen sink in to get the contained metal up.
I may be the only person who doesn't like this.
