REL: 1254 HRS Genesis Research and Development Corporation Limited
MEETING: GEN: Results of Annual Meeting
At the Annual Meeting of shareholders of Genesis Research and Development
Corporation Limited held today the following resolutions were all passed:
1. That the Financial Statements and Auditor's report together with the
Report of the Board of Directors, for the year ended 31 December 2011 be
received and adopted.
2. That the reappointment of Ernst & Young as auditors of the Company under
section 200 sub-section (1) of the Companies Act 1993 be noted and that the
Directors be authorised to fix the auditor's fees for the ensuing year.
3. Re-election of Directors:
(a) That Dr Andy Gearing be re-elected as a director of the Company.
(b) That Dr Steve Gillis be re-elected as a director of the Company.
