A couple of things........ firstly, I was led to believe Lynas would pay only $10m per year up to $50m ?
Second, IF! the AELB has said the 2 new conditions have not be met, this doesn't mean Lynas has not sent through the 2 new proposals, it just means lynas has to change or improve on them..... correct.
