So why can't they write that in a brief update to shareholders. As far as we were aware, the last we heard on the 1st June was that they were "going to" supply the information that was "going to be asked for". They could have let us know it had been done. Just a quick "it's not us, it's them" update. Maybe the shareprice would not have taken such a dive. Not too much to ask for?
Anyway, since the governing body (unlike TIS) is not running on any set timetable or timeline (like the end of June) and doesn't give a rats about TIS shareholders, then I see no reason why they would be hurrying to release a response in the next day or two. If they do, it would just be coincidence imo, so if we don't hear from TIS, I won't be worried...yet.
