I too was horrified by the super steep increases announced. This is on top of large increases in the last six months.
That 100 percent 'service fee' is blatant profiteering.
Plus more than 50 percent increase in hot water charges!
The 'smoke and mirrors' information we have been fed of late regarding this 'Grabon Tax' is a licence to charge 'whatever'
So what do we do now?
Have more cold showers i think.
