Yes some of us believe Mike Young is BC Iron, and that's because Mike Young 'IS' BC Iron. I cannot imagine this company without Mike. Mike is without doubt the BEST operator in the Pilbara. That hasn't gone un-noticed and shareholders remember, Once he's gone, he's gone. Along with that is Mike's experience and his ability to make to right call at the right time. Don't believe for a second that Nullagine is it, no Nullagine is just the start of what will one day be a ASX top 100 company. Who's going to get the next project up and running if Mike leaves? Who'll be BCI's JV partner?

He's a quick list of IO juniors who's shareholders could be waiting awhile for their first maiden dividend. CAZ, FMS, BRM, WRK, AXO, GIR, UMC, POL, VNS, FRS.

All of these companies were sure that they were going to be a producer. Not ONE of those companies with the exception of maybe CAZ and FMS, ever will. There's only twelve IO producers in Australia and BCI is one of them. That doesn't happen by accident, people make it happen, or that should be ONE person made that happen Mike Young. With Mike departing, so will the pool of people who consider Mike their mentor, and there's a few. Did you guys know that an over-seas worker came out to Australia looking for a job. This fella contacted BCI and Mike took it on himself to not only give him a go, but also helped him on the way and give him guidance. CEOs don't do that sort of thing, they don't have the time for that sort of thing, that is except for Mike. Apart from Tony Schoer from PLV, you won't find a bloke prepared to give so much of his on free time to others. THAT'S why Mike can work with individuals where others have failed and it's also the reason why Mike has turned BCI from a explorer to a producer in just over 4 years. Not even AGO did that. The time is NOW, let's save the face of BC Iron Mike Young before it's too late. If Mike goes, does our close relationship with FMG go with it?
