Hi tdl, I quote
" With the lack of an injunction, the AELB can have its normal end-of-month meeting and then provide approval for the issuance of the TOL (assuming Lynas has fulfilled to AELB satisfaction the additional two requirements which was reported to have been submitted today).

My opinion is LYC response is accepted, and the issuance of TOL on the 2nd or 3rd July (I'd love it to be earlier of course)."

Have to agree with tdl provided Lynas Malaysia has submitted satisfactory plans to deal with the additional conditions then TOL should not be too far away.

If the proposals by Lynas Malaysia fall short of AELB requirements then Lynas will have to revise their proposals and re-submit at the next meeting at the end of July.
Presumably shareholders are hoping for the first outcome.
