Cpl is suffering from the broader sentiment on current producers, by the time the plant is up and running, the market would have changed (hopefully).. I think even if we get a positive announcement on funding, in this environment we would be lucky to get back over 1$.

Once excess supply is mopped up a reasonable price should prevail.. Coal demand still on the increase long term.
