My guess is a SPP underwritten by ample rise, to raise 7-10 million.
Its in the chinese interests to keep momentum going for ROD and their other Mins's and EL's. NG has mentioned in the past the chinese take time to do deals in the most part due the the hierarchy of approvals.
Can't see a debt deal as too much risk over what would need to be secured I think.
Perhaps move JV's on Wallaby etc... with ample rise too to further reduce risk.
POG looking good after Euro money printing fest overnight, so hopefuly will signal a turnaround in Jnr goldies
